Tutorial: How to clean limescale from shower glass

Materials needed:

Saniactiv HAC-40 Mistolin WC Anti-Limescale: 750ML or 5LT

Soft sponge or microfibre cloth

Water sprayer (optional)

Cleaning squeegee (optional)

Rubber gloves (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the surface

Start by running warm water over the glass to remove excess soap residues or hair that may be on the surface. This step ensures that the Saniactiv HAC-40 can act directly on the limescale, maximising its efficiency.
 

Step 2: Apply the Saniactiv HAC-40

Spray the product directly onto the areas affected by the limescale residues. Make sure to cover the entire surface of the glass, especially the areas where the stains are most evident. Leave the product to act for 2 to 3 minutes. Avoid letting it dry completely so that it is easier to remove the stains.
 

Step 3: Scrub gently

With a soft sponge or a microfibre cloth, scrub the glass with circular movements, especially in the most problematic areas. The Saniactiv HAC-40 will dissolve the limescale, making the cleaning process much faster and more efficient.
 

Step 4: Rinse well

Use a sprayer or the hand shower to completely remove the product and the limescale residues. Make sure no product residues remain on the glass, to avoid stains.
 

Step 5: Dry and finish

Use a cleaning squeegee to remove the excess water and finish by drying the glass with a microfibre cloth. This step helps prevent new water stains and leaves the glass with an impeccable finish.
