► Application

► Use

Before applying the product, remove loose residues.

Application by spraying or immersion:

• Prepare a product solution between 3 and 5%, depending on the dirt.
• Spray the surfaces, equipment and utensils (or immerse in the solution, where applicable).
• Leave to act for at least 5 minutes. Scrub if necessary.
• Rinse very well with plenty of clean water and let dry.

General application:

Note: Rinse very well all surfaces that may come into contact with food and foodstuffs. Do not mix with other products, namely soap-based or anionic detergents as they cancel out its effectiveness as a disinfectant.
