The Tectane HT300 Black Gasket Former (200ml) is a high-temperature acetic silicone, supplied in a pressurised container (no gun required), ideal for creating elastic, durable seals in engines and industrial systems. It resists temperatures from -50°C up to +200°C (higher peaks), oil, antifreeze and vibrations. 

Main Features and Applications:

  • Use: Suitable for sumps, gearboxes, differential covers, water pumps, thermostats and ovens.
  • Advantages: Excellent adhesion to metals, glass and glazed surfaces, maintaining flexibility.
  • Application: Easy direct application from the pressurised can.
  • Limitations: Not recommended for materials that suffer corrosion (lead, copper, galvanised steel) or for painting. 

This product, formulated by Bostik, is the ideal solution for demanding automotive and industrial repairs.
