The Remover HDC-60 Mistolin is a high-performance alkaline detergent, with low foaming, developed to remove difficult dirt and incrustations in the food industry.
► Applications:
• Removal of organic dirt in the food industry.
• Descaling of vats in oil mills and wineries.
• Washing of bottles, crates and utensils by spray.
• Applications in CIP (Clean In Place) systems.
• Descaling by immersion in industrial equipment.
► Use:
• Pre-clean the surfaces, removing solid residues.
• Apply the product at a concentration of 0.5% to 10%, depending on the degree of dirt.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water to eliminate any residue.
• Note: Can be used at temperatures up to 80°C. Below 50°C it may foam.
► Benefits:
• Effective removal of carbonised greases and incrustations.
• High versatility: application by immersion, spray or CIP.
• Product with conductivity, allowing dosing and automatic control.
