The Veggieclor DDA-70 Mistolin is a chlorine-based liquid disinfectant detergent, ideal for the safe disinfection of fruits, vegetables and salads, ensuring the elimination of microorganisms and prolonging freshness.
► Applications:
• Disinfection of whole fruits, vegetables and salads.
• Suitable for immersion processes in professional kitchens, canteens, restaurants and food industries.
► Use:
- Prepare a solution of 0.6% (60 mL in 10 L of water), corresponding to 165 ppm of active chlorine.
- Soak the food in the solution and leave to act for 15 minutes.
- Rinse very well with running water before consumption.
